Arsenal Sacks Emery Unai as Head Coach.

Unai Emery has been sacked as Arsenal manager, following Thursday’s 2-1 home defeat to Eintracht Frankfurt in the Europa League in front of a largely empty Emirates Stadium.

Arsenal are without a win in seven matches making it the club’s worst run of results for 27 years, and Unai Emery has been dismissed, following the unimpressive results so far, with Freddie Ljungberg taking charge as a caretaker.

Emery replaced Arsene Wenger in the summer of 2018 but has lasted just 18 months, where he guided Arsenal to the final of the Europa league, eventually loosing the cup to London rivals Chelsea.
